Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our usual estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch.

In some cases, delivery may take a little longer due to customs checks, local courier delays, high shipping volume, public holidays, or other factors outside our direct control.

Most delayed parcels are still delivered successfully, and we always do our best to help customers track their orders and resolve any delivery concerns.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Please note that tracking updates may sometimes take a few days to appear, especially while the parcel is moving between international carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or has not been delivered after a reasonable investigation period, we will work with the delivery provider to review the case and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
