Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged, free from scratches or signs of wear, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Products that show signs of use, damage, missing parts, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@onpulsering.com before sending any item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the above return conditions.
